MaxX • ماكس (@maxxmediums) is a Franco-Egyptian activist and multidisciplinary artist. Her work delves into themes of intercultural identity, intersectionality, and alternative perspectives on love, intimacy, and spirituality. MaxX • ماكس has also authored two articles for My Kali Magazine, a queer-feminist publication centering on the SWANA region and its diaspora, ‘The Nuances of Non-Monogamy: Revolutionary Potential, Heartbreak, and Interconnectedness,’ and ‘Reflections on the Healing Potential of BDSM and Kink.’ In addition to writing, she manages the magazine's publications and is a founding member of the techno collective and label La Mistinguerie.
